Service Area Number 9, the Deep Bay Service Area, shall consist of the following area:

Lot 3, U.S. Survey No. 5525, Alaska, according to the survey plat of U.S. Survey No. 5525, Alaska, Lots 1 through 4, accepted by the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management in Washington, D.C., on March 8, 1971.

An illustration depicting these boundaries is incorporated in this section; provided, however, that in the event of conflict between the illustration and this legal description, the legal description shall prevail.
