(a) Vehicles. No person upon the air terminal shall operate any type of vehicle for the disposal of garbage, ashes, or other waste material at the air terminal in any manner contrary to the directions of the airport manager with respect to timing, routing, speed, and public safety. No person upon the air terminal may operate any such vehicle, however, if such vehicle is in a condition which permits the escape therefrom in any manner of garbage, trash or litter in any form.

(b) Damage to Premises. No person upon the air terminal shall extinguish any cigarette, cigar, pipe, or other smoking material upon the carpeted floors within the terminal building.

(c) Animal Damage. No person upon the air terminal shall permit any animal to defecate, urinate or otherwise create an unsanitary condition within the terminal building or adjacent grounds.

(d) Trash Containers. No person upon the air terminal, doing business thereupon, shall keep uncovered trash containers on the sidewalks, roadways or in public areas. [Ord. No. 300, §1, 5-1-78. Code 1974 §15.12.070.]
