(a) Soliciting. No person upon the air terminal shall solicit fares or funds for any purpose unless in conformity with airport regulations.

(b) Sales. No person upon the air terminal shall make a sale of any kind, charge an admission fee, offer a service for a fee, or expose an article for sale at the air terminal without the permission of the airport manager, unless authorized to do so under a lease, contract, or other agreement with the borough.

(c) Advertisements. No person upon the air terminal shall post, distribute or display signs, advertisements, circulars or any printed or written matter at the air terminal without having requested and received permission from the airport manager to do so, and then only in the manner prescribed by the airport manager.

(d) Demonstrations. No person upon the air terminal shall walk in a picket line as a picket or take part in any labor or other public demonstration at the air terminal unless in conformity with airport regulations. [Ord. No. 1881, §19, 3-18-19; Ord. No. 300, §1, 5-1-78. Code 1974 §15.12.065.]
