(a) Motor vehicles parked in violation of this chapter may, at the option of the borough, be impounded and removed by the borough to a garage or other storage location, or may be immobilized as provided for in KGBC 10.10.040.

(b) Unless the impoundment is found improper under KGBC 10.10.110, impounded vehicles shall be released back to the owner or other authorized person only after fees, costs, and charges for towing, storage, notice, and other costs of impoundment have been paid to the airport manager or the designee, and a receipt issued therefor. In the event towing and storage services are provided by contract with the borough the vehicle shall be released upon the direction of the airport manager after payment of all of such fees, costs and charges that are due.
