(a) The function of parking violations hearing officer (“hearing officer”) is hereby created. The parking violations hearing officer shall be the borough manager or such person as the borough manager may designate. The hearing officer shall have authority and jurisdiction to dispose of cases arising out of parking violations of this chapter.

(b) The hearing officer shall hear appeals under KGBC 10.10.150. [Ord. No. 1236, §3, 10-21-02. Code 1974 §15.11.070.]
