The following are the rates and fees established for the airport:    

(a) Aircraft Parking and Tie-Down Fees.

(1) Nonsignatory Rates.

a. SIDA parking, daily rate, per aircraft parking space, subject to availability:

1. Under two hours, all MGTW

a. Parking of any vehicle, including motorcycles, on Gravina Island in designated areas, per parking space:

(2) Signatory Rates. Same as the nonsignatory rates, except as follows:

(c) Field Landing Fees.*

(1) Nonsignatory Rates, Per Aircraft Landing.

(d) Boat Dock Fees.

(1) Nonsignatory and Signatory Rates.

a. For each docking for vessels at boat finger located at the north end of the airport:

3. Plus per commercial vessel passenger off-loaded or on-loaded

(2) Maximum allowable use in any 24-hour period is four consecutive hours.

(e) Fuel Flowage Fees. Fuel flowage fees for aviation fuel sold or dispensed into aircraft at the airport:

(1) Nonsignatory rate per gallon

(f) Airport Ferry Fares.

(1) Nonsignatory Rates.

a. One-way passenger fares:

1. Persons 12 years of age or older

2. Persons six years of age to and including 11 years of age

4. Persons visiting the airport for educational purposes or airport promotional activities, such as an open house, may be waived at the discretion of the airport manager.

5. Fees will be waived for local, state and federal emergency response agency personnel responding to an emergency or other request for support by airport staff and for U.S. Customs and/or Immigration officials in the performance of their official duties on the airport.

b. A person who has purchased a one-way passenger fare may take a return trip on same calendar day without charge.

c. Nontransferable pre-purchased passenger monthly pass

d. One-way fares for all vehicles (exclusive of driver and passengers):

7. Fees for borough and contractor vehicles driven by personnel performing work at the airport may be waived at the discretion of the airport manager.

e. Nontransferable pre-purchased monthly pass for noncommercial autos, light trucks, vans; must be registered to an individual and paid by cash or credit card

(2) Signatory Rates. Same as the nonsignatory rates, except as follows:

a. Nontransferable pre-purchased employee passenger monthly pass

b. The airport manager is authorized to determine and verify eligibility for the issuance of an employee pass.

(3) For both passengers and vehicles, commercial patrons must utilize prepaid tickets purchased in bulk quantities at the fare prices listed in subsections (f)(1) and (2) of this section, except in cases where the airport manager has determined in writing that the best interests of the airport are served by waiving this requirement.

(g) Airport Call-Out Rates for Unattended Hours. Inclusive of passenger and vehicle fares.

(1) Ferry only:

a. Two-hour minimum

(2) Ferry with airside operations, aircraft rescue and firefighting support, or airport terminal use (additional fees may apply):

(3) Call-out fees begin one hour prior to aircraft estimated time of arrival or earlier when specified by the airport manager. After 1:00 a.m., call-out fees continue until 5:00 a.m. The airport manager may decline to offer after-hours service if the service will adversely affect published operational hours.

(h) Land Lease Rates, Per Square Foot, Per Year.

(1) Aeronautical functions and purposes, within the airport perimeter fence or accessible by road from the airport ferry

(2) Nonaeronautical functions and purposes, within the airport perimeter fence or accessible by road from the airport ferry

(3) Outside the airport perimeter fence and not accessible by vehicular way from the airport ferry

Individually negotiated lease rate

(4) The airport manager and borough staff shall follow the relevant procedures in existing leases to apply any lease rate adjustments consistent with this section, and to utilize these rates in connection with any new leases.

(i) Terminal Lease Rates. Terminal lease rates shall be as set by individually negotiated leases.

(j) Security Fees. Security fee shall be $2 per each enplaning passenger requiring screening to board.
